GLONG
GLONG (กล่อง) is a concept restaurant designed and operated by a group of 24 architecture students from Bangkok, Thailand. The restaurant is a culmination of six weeks of research on consumption undertaken in Berlin and Paris. GLONG seeks to redefine the typical restaurant and challenge the individual act of consumption.
The restaurant will be serving a set menu of authentic Thai dishes within a specially designed atmosphere.
GLONG is located on Mulackstraße 31/32 and will be open for 2 days (June 26-27) to the public by reservation.
There will be 4 seatings per night: 18:00, 19:00, 20:00 and 21:00*. You can email glong[at]programonline[dot]de to make a reservation. Please indicate your name, date and time as well as number of people.
