Icelandic Oasis workshop
with students from Professor Wolfram Popp and Sven Pfeiffer's studio at the Technische Universität Berlin
May 2–4, 2007

Led by Einar Thorsteinn, Sven Pfeiffer and Simon Irgens

Icelandic Oasis stems from a vision by Einar Thornsteinn for a green community in central Iceland. A series of discussions and a workshop involving a group of architecture students from the Technische Universität Berlin have been generative in the development of formal and programmatic strategies to implement Thornsteinn's ideas. The outcome of this process forms the content of an exhibition presented at PROGRAM in June 2007.
